You can send us your text for translation via email to email@example.com or use one of our contact forms where you can attach your file and send us a message. We will get back to you with a free and non-binding quote within one hour.

The turnaround time depends on the number of words of your documents. However, we have a flexible approach and usually work to your deadlines.

Our prices depend on the language combination as well as the actual number of words in the source document(s). We will be happy to provide you with a standard price list for each language.
6. How do you choose the translator for my project?
Our translators are all qualified professionals who only translate into their native languages. Depending on the language combination and subject matter of your document, we choose a linguist with experience in the topic.
3. How do you calculate the price?
Our prices are calculated per word of the source text and vary depending on the target language or language combination. All our prices include translation as well as a proofreading by a second translator.
7. Which file formats do you use?
We work with all common file formats such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF and images (JPEG, PNG). For transcription projects, we also work with audio and video formats.
4. Do you offer any discounts?
We do our best to offer competitive prices and offer discounts for repetitions within the source texts as well as volume discounts for large translation projects.
8. Are my documents treated confidentially?
We treat all files you send us confidentially. We also have non-disclosure agreements with our translators and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement with you when requested.
